Youth Ministry

Living For Salvation - Middle School | Junior High Youth Ministry

L.F.S. serves middle school and junior high students in grades 5-8. Striving to grow in our knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith we come together numerous times each month. Gatherings include select Sundays from 9:00 am - 10:15 for breakfast, games, and faith-filled talks, various fun-filled activity nights, and the Family Faith Formation Nights (2nd Wednesday of each month, Oct-May.)

This year's L.F.S. team includes: Jen Geiger, Chad Geiger, & Jaci Schwerdt.

LuMen Christi mei - high school youth ministry

Lumen Christi meets on most Monday evenings (watch the bulletin for changes) for youth group as well as the 2nd Wednesday of each month (Oct-May) for Family Faith Formation Night.  Monday nights begin with dinner from 5:30-6:00 followed by an hour's worth of faith and fun as high school students and the leadership team come together to grow in their Catholic faith. Students are invited to stay for the 7:00 pm Monday night Mass before continuing with their week.

This year's Lumen Christi team includes: Dave Cencer, Anna Cencer, Stephanie Slater, Kevin Scott, Laurie Steere, & Terry Duley.

Goals of Youth Ministry

  1. Empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today.

  2. Draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith community.

  3. To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.
